How working days are counted
The range counts Monday through Friday from the start date up to and including the end date, then subtracts public holidays that fall on a weekday. “Date plus business days” starts counting on the next working day after the chosen date.
Holiday calendars cover nationwide public holidays only — regional holidays (e.g. German federal states, US state holidays) and half working days like Dec 24 are not subtracted. All figures without guarantee; for contractual deadlines, verify against the official calendar.

Yes — the range counts working days from the start date up to and including the end date. Monday to Friday of the same week is 5 working days.
Are regional holidays considered?
No — only nationwide public holidays. Regional holidays (German federal states, US state holidays, cantons) and half days like December 24 are not subtracted, so verify sensitive deadlines against the official calendar.
How does “date plus business days” count?
Counting starts on the next working day after the chosen date: Friday + 1 business day = Monday (holidays skipped as well).
